Terms of cancellation:

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, a penalty of 50,00$ of the deposit will be charge on the credit card.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival the deposit in non-refundable (the client have the option to re-schedule his rental, if is possible at the time).
